Refunds
Refund Policy – Digital Products
We offer a 30-day return window, during which you may request a refund under exceptional circumstances.
Because our products are delivered digitally and accessed instantly, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, or misunderstanding the product description.
However, if you experience serious technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the product as intended, or if you believe there has been a mistake with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a review of your case.
To request a refund, please email us at momabudgets@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or documentation. We will evaluate your request and inform you whether it qualifies for a refund.
Please do not file a chargeback without contacting us first — we are here to help and can often resolve issues much faster this way.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of digital content, the following are non-refundable:

Products that have already been downloaded or accessed.

Purchases made during promotional sales.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase was made within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the digital content was accessed or downloaded during that period. Once the product is accessed, you waive your right to a refund under EU law.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at momabudgets@gmail.com.
